Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to join our team and ensure guest satisfaction through efficient maintenance of our property and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong preventative maintenance background and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Position information: Full-Time, 18.00-20.00 hourly rate. Responsibilities of our Engineering Technician:Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment per manufacturer specificationsDaily inspection and adjustment of building systems including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, etc.Resolve maintenance issues in guestrooms and public spaces through repairs, painting, replacements as neededUtilize hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair dutiesCommunicate supply needs and job status to supervisorMaintain appearance of building interior and exteriorAdhere to all maintenance work order policies and proceduresGreet guests and maintain high standards of excellencePerform other duties as assignedQualifications:2+ years building maintenance experience preferredKnowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry and paintingSkilled in use of hand and power toolsPossession of required licenses/certificatesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication and teamwork skillsCapability to follow verbal and written instructionsMaintain professional appearance at all timesApply today to join our exceptional team!
