in Cath Lab & Angio with scrub experience License: State license
required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R or RCIS Must-Have: -
Experience with cardiac stent placement - Ability to perform
diagnostic catheterizations in adults - Proficiency in equipment
setup and interpretation of dysrhythmias - Familiarity with
interventional cardiac procedures including PCI and PTCA
Description: Ideal candidates are experienced in both Cath Lab and
Angio. Candidates should have scrub experience. The shift is 4x10
days, Monday to Friday. On-call requirements include one weeknight
per week and one weekend every four weeks. Response time for
on-call is 30 minutes. Mandatory call begins Friday at 15:30 until
07:00 Monday. Candidates must float within the system as requested.
Education assigned must be completed within one week of the
assignment. Cancellation of shifts must occur 1.5 hours before the
start. Personnel may be mandatorily canceled one shift per two-week
pay period without cause or penalty. Previous charge experience is
preferred. Epic charting system experience is required. There are
no restrictions for floating required that will result in contract
cancellation. Candidates should not live within 50 miles of the
facility. References from a charge person, supervisor, or manager
are required. Background checks with no felony hits are mandatory.
A one-year separation rule applies for returning staff.
