Job SummaryAs a Senior Cost Analyst, you will need to be a highly motivated, analytical minded individual to help this organization make smart business decisions. The ideal candidate is someone who can work in a fast-paced environment while fulfilling responsibilities which include but are not limited to supporting the company with reporting, budgeting, strategic thinking, and ad-hoc analysis as required.Tasks & Responsibilities

• Analysis and modeling of business with focus on supporting the business with forecasting, budgeting, ad hoc analysis, modeling, and building business cases.
• Proactively drive analysis on key trends and drivers behind the trends we are seeing in the results by preparing timely and accurate management reporting - assessing current and future business risk.
• Planning and budgeting: participate in annual planning and budgeting cycle in line with corporate and business requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations (Quarterly Business Reviews, Ad Hoc Requests).
• Provide general analytic support of the business and key business initiatives.Education, Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of Finance experience
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to diagnose complex information, while identifying pertinent information to facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Able to think strategically and operate effectively with management.
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with ambiguity and change.
  • Self-directed, proactive with ability to multi-task.
  • Results oriented
