We offer a competitive benefits package, including 100% healthcare coverage for employees, a 401k plan with a 4% company-paid match, profit-sharing opportunities, and a casual work environment with ample room for growth. location: Vancouver, Washington job type: Permanent salary: $60,000 - 75,000 per year work hours: 8 to 5 education: Bachelor's degree experience: 3 Years responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: + Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations. + Assist with monthly financial closing activities, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts. + Utilize industry-specific knowledge in manufacturing, construction, freight forwarding, or logistics to support accounting processes. + Pull financial statements and conduct analysis to identify trends and variances. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software implementations and upgrades. + Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation. + Prepare various financial reports and summaries as needed. + Assist with year-end audit and tax preparation activities. + Participate in multi-entity accounting, if applicable. qualifications: Qualifications: Required: + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. + Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience. + Strong experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. + Familiarity with monthly closing activities and journal entries. + Industry-specific experience in manufacturing, construction, freight forwarding, or logistics.
