The role of Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative is crucial to the success of our agency. The focus is to perform the essential function of aiding our business clients with their service needs. Strong oral and written communication skills Bilingual is a plus Proven experience in an insurance commercial service role Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
