Job Description:
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an
Accounting Specialist III role in Vancouver, WA. Our client is a
well-established industry leader known for innovation and a

all accounting processes. Key Responsibilities: · Process accounts
payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a
timely manner. · Reconcile bank statements, general ledger
accounts, and financial discrepancies. · Prepare and maintain
financial records, reports, and documentation in accordance with
company policies. · Assist with month-end and year-end close
processes. · Review invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
for accuracy and compliance. · Support payroll processing and
ensure proper documentation and reporting. · Communicate with
vendors and internal departments to resolve billing or payment
issues. · Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and
records. · Assist with audits by providing required documentation
and support. · Identify opportunities for process improvements and
support implementation efforts. Qualifications: · Associate’s or
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
preferred; equivalent experience considered. · Minimum 3 years of
accounting experience, preferably in a mid- to large-sized
organization. · Strong knowledge of accounting principles and
practices. · Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g.,
QuickBooks, SAP, or similar). · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and
Microsoft Office Suite. · High attention to detail and strong
organizational skills. · Excellent communication and
problem-solving abilities. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and
meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer: ·
