Job Description:

Keller Williams is looking for a talented Agent Services/Office Assistant to act as the point of contact for agents. We are seeking an individual who is a self-starter who is willing to take charge and requires minimal supervision. The ideal Director of First Impressions candidate is a bright and energetic team player who is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and takes ownership of his or her work. We are a tech-driven company and must be able to embrace and understand the tech tools provided. The ideal candidate would possess a positive attitude, great communication, and verbal skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. This position serves a crucial role in our office and we are looking for the right talented individual.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial experience. An ability to learn technology platforms easily and demonstrate them to others is a plus. Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in others and meeting their needs. Must be a self-starter, demonstrate initiative and be a flexible team player. They must have a sense of urgency with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be motivated, energized, and excited about working with a dynamic group of real estate sales professionals. The right person will be passionate about being part of a team and serving our agents at the highest level.

Areas of Focus:
--- Oversee and implement social media and marketing
--- Assist and guide agents in the first 90 days with our office
--- Onboarding new agents
--- Manage day to day front office operations
--- Answers phone and manage email
--- Develop and manage systems, checklists, and procedures
--- Software proficiency such as Canva, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and ability to learn industry programs
