Behavioral Health Receptionist: Posting #22968

Position Summary:

Full-time Receptionist position available for our Behavioral Health Department in Vancouver - Fourth Plain (formerly known as CSNW). The person hired will work four (4) hours a day as a Receptionist for our DCR team and four (4) hours a day at on of our CSNW sites in Vancouver. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work independently.

In this position you will be responsible for greeting and providing guidance to all visitors and callers to the facility and providing administrative clerical support as needed. As the receptionist you will answer all incoming calls while utilizing courteous customer service principles and representing the agency in the most professional manner possible. Individual will also provide secretarial support to Site Manager and other staff in the organization as needed. Required to follow other instructions and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Duties and/or Requirements:

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent to the US required.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Scheduling appointments, typing, word processing, spreadsheets, copying, and filing.
  • Computer skills required; familiarity with office equipment.
  • Must have excellent organization skills.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
