The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for marketing campaigns designed to engage, educate, acquire, and nurture patients using a marketing automation platform (Marketo). This is a product owner role.This person will have a strong foundation in marketing automation and will be tasked with implementing and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly technical, very organized, results driven, with strong attention to detail and has a passion for digital applications. This position requires a candidate that has an expert knowledge of executing marketing automation campaigns, preferably with experience in Marketo.Performance Objectives:Deploy, manage, track and report on automated trigger and nurture campaignsGenerate reporting and leverage data to draw insights and optimization of campaignsPerform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growthResponsible for the integrity and segmentation of databasesMarketo/SFDC sync related program/campaign managementSupport growth and member utilization of the programProvide internal trainings/workshopsProcess documentationPoint of Contact for sister organizationsCapabilities/Key Competencies:Proficient in HTML/CSSEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities4-5+ years marketing automation experience in Marketo, preferablyExpert knowledge of database management concepts and best practicesExperience working in a CRM, OMS, or other related technology platformStrong understanding of the marketing funnel, multi-channel marketing, and lead generation best practicesPreferred Qualifications:Marketo Certified ExpertExperience in a medical field is a plusAudigy is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
