Our passion is helping others realize their potential and our success is achieved by helping others achieve a higher level of success.The Social Media Specialist will proactively develop and implement content on social media and manage social media contests, as well as assist in setup and maintenance of the online reviews program. The Social Media Specialist will act as a liaison between the digital marketing teams, creative teams, and stakeholders to produce content that increases brand awareness and drives traffic to member websites and social media channels. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for social media strategy and working with stakeholders to incorporate that strategy into larger marketing plans.KEY DELIVERABLES:

  • Set up and optimize business pages within each social platform
  • Write long- and short-form social media content that attract new followers and engage current followers; partner with Content Specialist to develop and deploy social content calendars
  • Conduct social content calls and maintain active relationships with key practice contacts responsible for initial content ideas and approval
  • Work with practice stakeholders to develop and refine social strategies; work in tandem with Marketing Managers to incorporate strategic recommendations into larger marketing plans
  • Use data to analyze what's working, what's not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly
  • Create and implement social advertising strategy that meets members marketing goals, including ad and landing page development.
  • Conduct social training calls for members on digital programs as requested by stakeholders
  • Facilitate implementation and operational effectiveness of online reviews program.
  • Improve practices' online profiles by developing strategies to drive positive reviews and address negative reviewsEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
    • Bachelor's or 4-year degree preferred in marketing, public relations, communications, or equivalent
    • 2-3 years' experience in social media marketingESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Strong verbal and written skills
      • Basic understanding of SEO (social media, content, etc.)
      • Excellent customer service skills
      • Strong organizational skills necessary
      • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, to embrace change and to adapt accordingly
      • Ability to work on multiple programs, initiatives and tasks in a constantly changing and nuanced environment
      • Familiarity with social platforms and how they are used for marketing
      • Experience using Facebook Business ManagerPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
        • Experience using Hootsuite or other social scheduling software
        • Familiar with Adobe Suite or other design software
        • Experience developing social content strategies and calendars
