Hawthorn Senior Living, a leading provider of Independent Living
in the US and Canada, is seeking an experienced Marketing Office
Manager for a rapidly growing company. This is the ideal position
for an innovative marketing leader, preferably with senior housing
experience, that is laser-focused on driving occupancy through
various channels while also managing and mentoring the Home Office
Marketing staff. A strong candidate will be an experienced
professional with passion for the work, highly organized, works
well in a fast-paced environment, and able to employ unique
marketing techniques. They will be a skilled marketing strategist
and able to drive creativity and enthusiasm in others as the
manager of a vibrant team of professionals.
Job Responsibilities:1. Oversees the day-to-day management of
marketing channels, systems, and promotions of facilities, as well
as company-wide branding.2. Implementing and developing
organizational processes and procedures for marketing strategies.3.
Maintain inventory of brochures and other collateral materials
needed for each properties' marketing, including direct mailers,
flyers, marketing collateral and/or other print materials.4.
Develop monthly and quarterly reports on trends that will be
submitted to the Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing.5. Develop
and execute a strategic digital marketing plan that includes social
media strategies, ROI benchmarks, email, content marketing and
calendars, pillar content and SEO/SEM objectives to ensure
alignment with organizational goals while meeting best practices
for large organizations. Further, ensure content for website is
useful and update the website as needed. Keep website relevant,
dynamic, reflective of brand and always up to date.6. Provide
writing and editing support for all marketing-related content, as
well as other departments as needed.7. Specifically manages the
online and print marketing plans for Pre-Rental, Lease-Up and Focus
Communities.8. Leverage digital efforts to support the department's
earned media strategy to generate media coverage online and in
print and broadcast to raise company profile and build awareness.9.
Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to
direct report marketing professionals.10. Conduct general market
research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing
movements.11. Oversee project development and approves marketing
materials.12. Measure and report on the performance analytics of
marketing campaigns, and track results vs. goals then adjust
campaigns accordingly.13. Collaboratively work with Regional
Managers and on-site teams to increase occupancy and revenue
through effective advertising.14. Recommend, and then manage,
approved marketing budgets. Review monthly budget reports to
identify any discrepancies; work with accounting department to make
corrections to budgeting discrepancies.15. Utilize call tracking
and shopping reports to monitor both customer service and leasing
performance.16. Create, plan, administer and manage marketing
strategy to increase company's market share and overall sales in
line with corporate goals and promotion strategy.17. Coordinate
development of direct mail and print campaigns.18. Keep up to date
with current trends in marketing, communication, social media,
compliance, the local and national economy, and industry issues.19.
Works with agency partners to increase search engine rankings in
organic listings for keywords pertaining to local buildings,
surrounding communities and common industry search terms.
