STARTING PAY: $25-31/Hr Overtime Hiring Bonus JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the direction of crew activities at a variety of Landscape Construction jobs. This position supervises a crew of typically 2-3 additional members. Jobs cover all aspects of Commercial Site Landscape Construction, including installation of plant and material, upgrades to existing Landscapes, and repairs of various features (irrigation, signage, etc.) Operation of various Landscape Construction equipment and machinery Working with our Project Managers to ensure on time, on budget, completion of project QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years of Commercial Landscape Construction experience required At least 1 years of Landscape Construction Foreman experience required Valid driver license issued by the state where employed is required Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required Ability to safely operate common commercial landscape equipment and tools, and to train others in their safe use Ability to motivate and lead Crew Members while working alongside them Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service Use knowledge and training to create solutions for variables discovered during job Monarch Landscaping WA, LLC is an E-Verify participating employer Total Rewards At Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
