4 PM Purpose of the Position: The Project Coordinator will maintain
the responsibilities of managing projects costs, schedules,
contract modifications, submittals, subcontracts, and coordination.
Major Duties: Manage the flow of information and provide change
management on multiple large projects: Coordinate the flow of
information on active projects: Set up initial project files
Prepare change orders to the scope of work. Log submittals to and
from the customer. Process submittal reviews; may include periodic
drawing checks. Review incoming documents from the customer and
evaluate for cost impact to contract and/or scope of work. Process
orders for production team. Provide initial point of contact for
customers. Assist support personnel with periodic project billings.
Preferred Qualifications include: Knowledgeable in Project
Scheduling and Reinforcing Steel Industry Knowledge. Additional
Qualifications/Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications: High school
diploma or GED required. A college degree or advanced courses in
construction preferred. Computer skills and ability to learn job
specific software programs. Accounting basics and principles are
required.
