better together. Position Summary The Brand Designer is responsible
for developing and delivering visual communications for Moda and
its subsidiary companies. This is a FT WFH role. This is a
temporary contract position providing coverage for an employee on
leave. The anticipated contract duration is approximately 16 weeks,
with an expected schedule of 30 to 35 hours per week. Applicants

$28.00 - $50.00 hourly (depending on experience) Actual pay is
based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum
qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay

Skills, Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic
Design, Communication Design, or a related field. 1-4 years of
professional design experience. Ability to partner and collaborate
in a cross-functional organization. Strong understanding of brand
and product or service placement. Strong visual design skills for
both print and digital media. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to represent the company’s
values and brand promise in internal and external interactions.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator,
Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Experience with
large-format graphics and multimedia design. Demonstrated project
management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet
deadlines. Ability to develop and execute multiple projects
simultaneously. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in
all internal and external interactions. Primary Functions : Partner
with the marketing team to help define the style and tone of each
project, ensuring marketing materials are high quality and meet
expectations. Collaborate with the design team to develop and
implement creative communication solutions that align with business
objectives, brand strategy, and brand guidelines across all
markets, channels, and touchpoints. Participate in strategy
development, including strategic and creative kickoffs. Design and
support cross-channel design. Work collaboratively with designers,
writers, digital team, clients, and internal business stakeholders
to deliver creative solutions. Apply strong creative judgement,
design sensibility, and attention to detail across all
deliverables. Contribute to creative thinking, brainstorming, and
problem-solving as part of a collaborative team. Stay current on
trends and best practices in graphic design, pre-press, and
printing. Perform other duties as assigned. ??? Working Conditions
& Contact with Others: Office environment with extensive close PC
and keyboard use, constant sitting, and frequent phone
communication. Must be able to navigate multiple computer screens.
A reliable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection required to
support remote or hybrid work. Must be comfortable being on camera
for virtual training and meetings. Work in excess of standard
workweek, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet
business need. Internally with all departments and senior level
