Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Seeking a part-time physical
therapist to support a K-12 school setting in Dayton, OR. This
contract position offers an opportunity to provide skilled PT
services throughout the school year (CSY) on a 0.2 to 0.4 full-time
equivalent basis, preferably onsite. Key Responsibilities: -
Deliver physical therapy evaluations and interventions to students
in a K-12 environment - Collaborate with educators, healthcare
providers, and families to develop and implement individualized
treatment plans - Monitor student progress and adjust treatment
strategies as needed - Maintain accurate and timely documentation
in compliance with school and regulatory requirements - Participate
in meetings and communication to support student success Preferred
Qualifications and Experience: - Licensed Physical Therapist with
experience in school-based settings - Background in healthcare
combined with pediatric or school-related PT practice - Ability to
work effectively with children and multidisciplinary teams - Strong
communication and organizational skills - Flexibility to work
part-time hours (0.2-0.4 FTE) with an onsite presence preferred
