A Physical Therapist opportunity is available for a school-based position serving a K-12 caseload in the La Center area near Vancouver, WA. This role provides therapy services one day per week and offers a mid-June 2026 contract end date with a likelihood to renew. An ASAP start is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Assess, develop, and implement physical therapy programs tailored to students from kindergarten through 12th grade Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs and educational goals Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations Provide consultative support for staff regarding physical therapy strategies and accommodations Qualifications / Desired Experience: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in school or pediatric settings Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and student caseload management Strong interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to deliver therapy interventions in accordance with school guidelines and best practices Reliable transportation to the La Center/Vancouver, WA area location Location: La Center area near Vancouver, WA This position is ideal for a therapist seeking a part-time, school-based role with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment.
