Portland Tractor is an integral entity of Leavitt Industrial Group. The Opportunity Portland Tractor Inc. is looking for a Shipper/Receive r to join our team in Washougal, Washington . As the Shipper/Receiver, you will be responsible for all the shipping and receiving of parts in our warehouse. Essential Duties & Responsibilities As the Shipper/Receiver your key responsibilities will include: Preparing shipping documents including BOL’s, packing lists, and custom invoices Responding to requests from the Sales team Loading shipments to carrier trucks Scheduling shipments through various courier sites Tracking all orders in transit Maintaining parts and supplies and receiving parts and machine lots Perform the necessary lifting and handling of materials as required Processing returns Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies: Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50lbs Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and under minimal supervision Commitment to follow all safe work procedures Previous experience operating a forklift or a valid forklift operator ticket is an asset Benefits & Perks Portland Tractor Inc. is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees: Company-matched 401K contributions Comprehensive and competitive medical health care plan Medical benefits and extended health service coverage Prescription drug coverage Dental plan and vision plan Telehealth plan with MDLive Life insurance and disability insurance Employee assistance programs Ongoing professional development and training opportunities The base pay range for this role is: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience.
