The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Azure DevSecOps Engineer who wants to be part of a winning team! This organization is great at grooming professionals and giving the employees a voice.

As an Azure DevSecOps Engineer, you will maintain the operational environment, performing infrastructure deployments and ensuring production environment is operating securely and efficiently using automation tools. Working with Infrastructure Engineering you will make sure all deployments follow standards, are compliant and secure. You will report to Cloud Platform Team Leader.

This is a great opportunity to join a team that is growing and building Cloud infrastructure in financial services. You will be part of part of Cloud team working with multiple Cloud Engineers, architects, and security engineers. This also includes giving you a seat at the table for decisions and bringing expertise from the outside into the environment. Fisher IT teams have a very low turnover and Fisher takes care of its employees.

Day-to-Day:

• Deploy scalable and resilient cloud security measures using CI/CD
• Participate in team activities such as daily standups, peer code reviews, design collaboration efforts and rotating on-call process
• Use automation, configuration management and deployment tools to manage production environment ensuring standardization and adherence to established controls and patterns
• Work with solution architects and partners to confirm developed solutions align with existing security standards, meet security controls and meet cloud security best practices
• Enhance existing deployment processes and Infrastructure as Code scripts to improve automation, efficiency, consistency and adherence to security and audit requirements and control
• Manage implementation and the ongoing operation of cloud security following approved designs, adherence to patterns, security requirements and certify all logging and monitoring are active for security and compliance
• Ensure cloud services and toolsets are deployed using security best practices and documentation
• Work with existing InfoSec, Networking, and Firewall teams to ensure adherence to cloud security best practices, Azure CIS, and Fisher Investments security policies Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Azure security applying DevOps CI/CD (Git)
  • 3+ years of experience building, deploying and managing public Azure security
  • Experience building an automated cloud security posture across Prod and Non-Prod environments
  • Scripting and automation of builds, workflows, tasks and other security aspects Top Skills Details
    • GitHub and Terraform
    • Senior level experience in Azure Cloud environment
    • Senior level experience with Terraform in Azure environment
    • Senior level experience deploying Azure CIS and Defender for Cloud/EndPoint remediation items through code
    • Senior level experience deploying platform and application security through code
    • Experience automating deployments
    • Experience building infrastructure as code scripts
    • Experience working with CI/CD pipeline Compensation:
      • $125,000 - $140,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
