Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Quality Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 2-4 quality engineers
Develop and implement test scripts and automation tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on
testing plans and strategies
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of testing experience with test automation
Experience in a leadership role with at least 3 direct reports
In-depth knowledge of API & UI test automation frameworks
Experience with CI/CD tools and scalable system design for
web-based APIs
Strong understanding of QA methodologies in a software company with
short release cycles
