Safety on electrical safety, power distribution, energy
conservation, compliance, and incident response. Coordinate with
Production, Quality, and other functions to resolve electrical and
controls issues quickly and permanently. Collaborate with
Engineering on capital projects and continuous improvement to boost
productivity and reliability. Lead governance and performance
reviews; embed a zero-loss and continuous improvement mindset
benchmarked to internal and external best practice. Support annual
site plans to deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery,

communicate KPIs clearly. Uphold corporate standards and policies
(Quality, Food Safety & GMP, Health, Safety, Security, Environment,
Sustainability, Code of Conduct, operational standards, internal
audits, and local legal requirements). Build talent and engagement:
attract, retain, and develop technical and behavioral capabilities
across the manufacturing team; partner effectively with
cross-functional peers and external partners. What You Bring Proven
manufacturing leadership in CPG with TPM, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma
experience. Exceptional communication, coaching, problem-solving,
analytics, and team-building skills. Engineering background with
financial acumen, project management strength, and knowledge of
industrial maintenance and production equipment. Education &
Technical Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
(Mechatronic/Electronic). Oregon electrical license preferred. Food
industry experience; experience with Mondel?z projects is a plus.
Fluency with Allen?Bradley PLCs using RSLogix. Understanding of DCS
architectures and server/client systems. Hands-on experience with
industrial power and control circuits, instrumentation, and
networks (Fieldbus, Ethernet, ControlNet). Experience with AC/DC
drives (Allen?Bradley & Toshiba). Ability to read electrical
schematics and drawings; strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent
written and verbal communication; able to work with minimal
supervision in a fast-paced environment. Skilled at collaborating
with vendors, operators, team leads, and maintenance trades.
Maintenance background strongly preferred; prior technical
supervision experience. English / Spanish required. Work Schedule
Open to work on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift; on-call support for off
shifts as needed.
