$140,000 – depending on experience Benefits: Health, group life
insurance, and a savings plan. Thirteen paid holidays per year.

2nd Shift Differential: $0.75/hr, 3rd Shift Differential: $1.50/hr
Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience: At least 2 years of manufacturing experience as a
Maintenance Mechanic Skills and Abilities: Willingness to work any
shift, including weekends and holidays Ability to work well in a
team-based environment with limited supervision Capability to learn
and apply Continuous Improvement tools (IL6S) Proficiency in
conveying information and training others professionally
Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical
solutions Climbing steps, lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining
balance, working in extremely varying temperatures, crawling over,
under, and into equipment as necessary to perform job duties and
operating from ladders and lifts Duties and responsibilities:
Operate and maintain equipment following safety, quality, cost,
delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. Execute standard work
processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and
PM (progressive maintenance) standards. Ensure safety processes are
followed, and quality assurance activities are performed. Identify
