Benefits, Leave and Policy Manager
Due to continued growth, Educational Opportunities for Children and
Families (EOCF) is looking for the next great addition to our team.
The Benefits, Leave and Policy Manager provides a variety of HR
services to our employees including management of EOCF benefits,
administration of federal and state employee leave programs, and
organizational policy development and administration. This position
is based in Vancouver, WA.

What skills can you bring to the EOCF team?
Human Resources work experience (3-5+ years preferred); nonprofit
background is preferred but not required
Experience with employee benefit administration including
enrollment, claims and plan changes
Demonstrated ability to manage employee leave of absence and ADA
policies and associated processes
Prior coordination of 401(k) retirement savings plan including
enrollment, and contributions
Knowledge of federal and local employment regulatory requirements
including FMLA, WA FML, ADA, COVID, etc.
Experience developing and communicating workplace policies in
support of EOCF's culture
HR and/or benefits certification is a plus (May include: PHR, SPHR,
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, etc.)
Responsive, welcoming and effective customer service skills; a
great communicator, listener and relationship builder
Ability to organize, coordinate, multi-task and complete work
accurately while meeting deadlines
Responsible with strong work ethic, integrity and reliability
Demonstrated ability to professionally and securely maintain
Cheerfully and calmly handles interruptions and competing
priorities; flexible; adapts well to changing needs
Use of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Experience with other computer technology including HRIS

include Clark County, Long Beach in Pacific County, and the

Sponsorship of the Vancouver HotShots Youth Sports basketball
program for grades 1-6
