Sea Mar seeks a Full-time Program Manager for Vancouver, Clark County. The program Manager will be under the supervision of the Executive Director. The Maternity Support Services (MSS) Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the MSS Program in King County. The MSS Manager will provide consultation and technical support to staff and clients as well as monitor quality improvement activities, staff productivity, service provision, and overall functioning of the program.

This position requires the ability to effectively supervise employees. The successful candidate must have the following experience and/or Education:
Master's degree or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of two years' experience in the health care and health education topics.
Must be knowledgeable of program development and team management dynamics.
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills, as well as demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
Must be bi-literate with a demonstrated ability to speak, write and read English, Spanish is a plus.
Possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees of the organization.
