  • And more---POSITION SUMMARY:The Events Manager is responsible for the design, planning and execution of events for Audigy. This individual acts as the owner and project manager of multiple events and related projects, ensuring that all activities contributing to the final product are carried out in accordance with the intended budget and scope. Working within a fast-paced environment and accountable to multiple stakeholders, the successful incumbent will possess a high level of organization and attentional to detail, as well as the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the success of the event.PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:Develop and operate out of project plans to produce desired deliverables Work within the given budget for each project Manage program communication with internal teams and clients Establish and maintain relationships with vendors (restaurants, hotels, transportation companies, etc.) Assist in contract negotiation, site tours, review, and requests for approvals where necessary Manage programs based on contract terms, confirming that all contractual obligations are being met Prepare event needs - including, but not limited to: printing training materials, arranging for equipment, scheduling rooms and facilities, managing staff, and coordinating travel Prepare event services - including, but not limited to: ordering food and beverage, making restaurant reservations, booking arranging transportation and building manifests, building shipping lists and sending shipments, preparing and sending pre- and post-event communications, creating staff logistics and providing welcome services onsite at Events Build and maintain online registration for events through our registration management system, CventESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Intermediate skills in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Internet
    • Time management and prioritization of numerous duties within strict deadlines
    • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends in preparation for and at events
    • Ability to travelEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Events, Project Management, Hospitality Management, etc or relevant work experience.
      • Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in events, customer service, business, marketing, project management, or public relations required in a high-paced, multi-tasked environmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
        • Experience with Event Management or Project Management software (i.e.: Cvent, Monday.com, Trello)
