The Fisher Investments Institutional Group (FIIG) serves a global client base of diverse investors, including corporate, public and multi-employer pension funds, foundations and endowments, insurance and financial institutions, healthcare organizations and governments. FI currently manages -$20B AUM with ESG/SRI guidelines (Environmental, Social, Governance/Socially Responsible Investing) for clients around the globe.

The Opportunity:

As the Responsible Investment Product Marketing Manager, you will assist FIIG's ESG efforts by developing external product positioning and marketing of ESG strategies. You will collaborate with multiple FIIG teams (Service, Sales, RFP, Institutional Marketing, Content and Portfolio Analytics) and firm groups (Portfolio Management Group, Legal Compliance Department, etc). You will understand global trends in ESG investments to ensure strategies are best positioned to meet current and future demands of Fisher Investments' ESG clients and prospects.

The Day-to-Day:
Leading responsibility for developing and evolving external product positioning and value-proposition of ESG strategies
Maintain expertise in shifting ESG industry standards, best practices, and regulatory trends
Monitor developments from external organizations, third-party reporting frameworks (e.g. PRI), voluntary commitments and certification bodies to understand evolving markets standards and client preferences
Conduct consumer learning and competitor analysis to make product enhancement recommendations ensuring constant strategic ESG positioning
Partner with Strategy Development, Marketing, and Portfolio teams to develop new marketing channels, ESG award opportunities, and third-party eco-label certifications
Your Qualifications:
Deep knowledge and practical experience in an ESG investment marketing role for 3+ years
Experience identifying trends in ESG investments and influencing product roadmaps, new strategies, and existing strategy enhancements
Experience communicating complex investment concepts
Passionate about Responsible Investments
