PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is a 450-bed community-owned, not-for-profit hospital located in Vancouver, Washington. In addition to caring for individual patients, PeaceHealth has a strong commitment to improving the health of the communities in which it serves. The facility's hospitalist-designed technology platform streamlines work, clearing the path to practice high-quality medicine.

• Hospitalist team has 24 physicians, 8 advanced practitioners, and clinical performance nurses
  
• You will have the support of 2 associate medical directors, a full-time program manager, & multiple site coordinators; the program manager owns and makes the schedule
  
• The number of clinical shifts & dedicated admin time is negotiable
  
• ICU closed during the day; open at night; 24/7 intensivist support
  
• No procedures required
  
• ED runs codes
  
• Prefer at least 3-5 years of previous leadership experience
  
• H1b eligible facility; access to Sound's in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and services covered
