Digital Marketing Manager to help transform their marketing. In
this role, you will be responsible for creating and driving our
digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, with a
primary focus on one of our brands. We want you to have a strong
grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead
integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
You will work with the -rest of the marketing team and outside
vendors to launch awareness and demand creation campaigns on time
and on budget.Responsibilities - Strategize, plan, and ensure
execution of all digital marketing, including lead generation,
SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display
advertising campaigns - Measure and report performance of all
digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals - Brainstorm
new and creative growth and outbound communications strategies -
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
and customer touch points - Collaborate with agencies and other
vendor partners - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought
leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateExperience
with these (or equivalents) - - HubSpot platform for marketing
automation and for our CRM - BigCommerce for our primary e-commerce
platform - WordPress and Divi for our websites - Asana for project
management - Adobe Creative Suite for marcom production - Microsoft
365 (including Teams) for productivity - Some internally-developed
tools for a variety of usesOther Requirements - Proven working
experience in digital and outbound marketing - Demonstrable
experience creating, leading, and managing lead generation
programs, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or
display advertising campaigns - Experience in measuring and
optimizing landing pages and user funnels - Solid knowledge of
website analytics tools such as Google Analytics - Experience in
setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns - Strong
analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Up to date with the
latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
measurement - Affinity for technology is desirableAbout the clientA
