Job Summary:
Netrush is currently hiring a Performance Marketing Manager with a successful track record to drive revenue growth, build consumer relationships and develop GTM strategies on Amazon and beyond. Your role will focus on accelerating brands on Amazon and Omnichannel while building direct relationships with end consumers. Marketing Lead's are responsible for informing, executing and tracking the digital strategy for brand partners across channels and platforms, maximizing both revenue and marketing ROI for Netrush and our partners.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy, specifically eCommerce strategies on owned and marketplaces
  • Understanding of philosophies related to Amazon selling and digital marketing - utilizing that information to optimize campaigns for brand partners and clients
  • Developing and managing campaign budgets, including making the business case for spend increases
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment (ACoS and ROAS) and efficient CAC
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with the brands and internal stakeholders to deliver an impactful consumer experience with multiple activation points across the use journey
    Required Qualifications:
    • Over 4 years of digital and marketplace experience
    • You have prior experience in a strategic performance marketing role; building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels. Amazon PPC and DSP marketing experience is a plus
    • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Amazon Attribution and Google Analytics experience.
    • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
    • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills. You can translate the big picture GTM strategy to the client and internally for activation
    • You have worked for brands and agencies (category specific experience - Sports & Outdoors and Health & Wellness)
    • Managed budgets and negotiated aggressive client investments
    • Proficient in writing creative briefs
    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, behavioral psychology or related field
    • You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver
