We're looking for someone to lead a team of 8 - 12 Channel Managers in the US. If this would be your first leadership role or you've been out of the game for a while, we'd love to connect with you, but our ideal candidate is someone who wants to sleep well at night knowing that their agent's customers are getting the best customer experience in the industry. Anchored by our Account Consultants and North American-based CARE and Repair organizations, we are truly Big enough to deliver, small enough to care. Key Responsibilities Delivering on sales results (business closed) Mentoring and coaching a team ofnew andexperienced sales professionals Directing the Account Executives activities as required Provide support managing customer expectations and meeting requirements of customers Escalations of issues Monitoring, forecasting and measurement of sales objectives, customer satisfaction. Management of performance deliverables of the sales team including team and individual KPI's (Key performance indicators Indicators) Specific Functional / Technical Knowledge and Skills Experience selling telecommunication services, Unified communications in particular Management of sales teams
