Job Summary:
Netrush is looking for a Marketing Director to oversee and expand vital marketing team functions. This position will supervise numerous facets of the Netrush marketing program and will require an entrepreneur-minded individual to develop, execute, and manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing: This position will be responsible for overseeing the digital marketing efforts, social media presence, SEO/SEM, and marketing data.
Lead Generation: The Marketing Director will, in coordination with the CMO, design, launch, and manage lead generation efforts including LinkedIn, ABM, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads against Netrush's ideal partner profile. The role will collaborate with the team to curate content, create content calendars, launch campaigns, and analyze performance. This role is additionally responsible for exploring and defining future strategies and tactics to expand marketing channels. You will partner with and leverage cross-functional teams to create the campaign deliverables, and work with the expansion sales team on account-based go-to-market initiatives.
Events: The Marketing Director will lead Netrush events (large annual summits and smaller events during the year) and coordinate creative and innovative Netrush activations for industry events.
Sales Support: Lead workflow for building, maintaining, and finalizing sales materials for ongoing efforts and time-sensitive pitches.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop audience and content strategy roadmap to support sales and engagement objectives
  • Outline timelines and workflow of all marketing campaigns to deliver on goals
  • Define campaign objectives, tactics, assets, and channels; create campaign components leveraging cross-functional team members in Content, Design, Product, and Sales.
  • Write copy along the creative spectrum, from compelling campaign lines appropriate to targeted personas to blog post articles, across a range of digital and social deliverables
  • Optimize and manage SEO/SEM performance on the blog, website, and search
  • Analyze data and report on campaign performance, email, ads, social, search, and website
  • Work with CMO to ensure spending is aligned with budgets and ROI is understood and communicated to leadership routinely
  • Expand the visibility of Netrush's premium content and events, including reports, videos, podcasts, webinars, and invite-only virtual roundtable discussions
    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree required, in field of Marketing, Communications or Content Strategy
    • 8 years' experience in relevant field; ecommerce/online marketplace experience a plus
    • 8 years of writing experience preferred; PR, ecommerce and/or SEO experience a plus
    • Marketing management experience at a SAAS/B2B company is a huge plus.
    • Exceptional capacity for prioritizing multiple projects and adapting quickly in an ever-changing environment. Team player.
    • Excellent decision maker -quickly analyze data from various sources to draw conclusions and act in accordance with available facts, constraints, and likely consequences
    • Paid search and paid social experience
    • HubSpot (managing leads, email lists, etc.)
    • WordPress, SquareSpace, and Wix experience is a plus.
    • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns, strategic planning, and web technologies (i.e., 6sense, social ads)
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors while strengthening existing relationships.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
    • High level of self-motivation and intellectual curiosity
    • Experience working with creative teams
    • Experience leading cross-departmental meetings and modeling a spirit of collaboration
