Regional Service ManagerCompensation: 60K - 80K annually Benefits: Full-time employees eligible for benefits Required Qualifications:

  • Obtain Licenses in appropriate pest control categories and states
  • Good Computer Skills required
  • Clean Driving Record
  • College level or equivalent level of education is preferred
  • Preferred Training in; General Pest, Commercial Pest, Termite Pest, Bed Bug Service, & Home Improvement categories
  • Pass Background check, drug screening, and physical (must be able to lift 50 lbs)
  • Sales experience & expertise preferred
  • 3-5 years customer service experience & supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
  • Must be able to Lead, Inspire, & Motivate
  • Public speaking experience preferredPosition Summary: This role provides oversight in a designated geographic region for our service department, including multiple service locations. This includes but is not limited to; Finding solutions and ways to improve, helping the Service Managers, Supervisors, & Lead Techs follow and perform strongly in the following categories.
  • Professionalism and Relationships- Teams leaders must ensure that their team members maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Create and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and customers. Have the "Can Do" attitude that other people want to be around. Promote an "All Star" technician team.
  • Safety - Teams leaders must ensure that their team members consistently work and promote having a safe atmosphere and job site. Always use the appropriate PPE, safety equipment, and using good judgment. Have a safe driving record, and pay particular attention to dangerous work conditions or situations, ie: driving conditions, traffic conditions, roof work, crawl space work, ladder work, using power equipment, etc.
  • Route Management - Teams leaders must ensure that their team members service Pointe Pest Control customer accounts according to procedures, checklists, and guidelines established by the company. Spending the appropriate time with each customer, and taking every opportunity to encourage recurring services, increase route retention, and taking steps to save customers.
  • Growth - Teams leaders must ensure that their team members consistently seek customer referrals, seek 5 star reviews online, and advise current customers of additional pest control options. You are expected to perform routine inspections for Potential customers, coordinate with inside and outside sales reps, produce self- generated leads and sales, and provide the absolute best first impression of our service.
  • Training and recruiting - Teams leaders must ensure that their team members continually increase your knowledge in the biology, habits, and control measures; of general, structural, and specialty pests. Provide a training program that supports technician development and encourage a learning atmosphere; recruiting new talent and interviewing potential technicians.
  • KPI's (key performance indicators) - Teams leaders must ensure that their team members maintain a high level of acceptable measurements in the monthly performance & production trackers.
  • Service Department Leadership - As a regional service manager, you and your leadership team must lead by example. Promote TRU (Trust, Respect, Understanding) Communication, and interdepartmental collaboration.
