Protect our customers, suppliers, and employees by cultivating a safety-first environment.Role StatementThe Inventory Manager is responsible for the stock replenishment of all product categories, as well as the management of the overall inventory asset of the company. Given that inventory is one of our largest assets, it is critical that we govern that asset with an analytical approach to optimize its effectiveness to the organization. Qualifications5 years' experience in building material and hardware category procurement.Strong knowledge of lumber commodity markets.Analytically driven and comfortable using data to inform decisions.Experience in effectively leading and managing teams toward company goals.Experience managing POS databases with understanding of good data hygiene principles.Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications (including Excel, Outlook, and Teams).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Physical RequirementsThis is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionallySedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.PI201556185
