America's number one growing acrylic bath company, Luxury Bath is looking to hire an experienced Confirmation Call Center Manager in our Vancouver, Washington -office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks--- Manage Inbound Phone Calls
--- Filing as needed, job folders for new clients and order entry
--- Assist in the maintenance of social media
--- Assist in coordinating company events and functions
--- Updating appointments disposition, confirmation calls and setting appointments
--- Assist Management on projects as needed
--- Social media research, planning, posting and tracking across all platforms
--- Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
--- Negotiate contracts with the event vendors
--- Book an annual calendar of events and shows
--- Attend and staff local trade events and shows
