We are currently hiring an Outpatient Office Manager for our Vancouver Outpatient facility. The Office Manager performs all scheduling and data entry tasks for the Outpatient program.

Job Duties:

• Answers phone calls pertinent to sessions and assessments and follows up with all appointments related to the Outpatient program.
• Performs data entry for Raintree and private insurance billing.
• Performs general office duties as assigned.
• Serves as the point of contact as visitors enter in to the Outpatient building.
• Assists Counselors with paperwork to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
  This position will be conducted in harmony with Daybreak's mission and values.
  
  Compensation: Starting at $17.50/hour, depending on experience
  
  Experience:
  
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • The Office Manager should have solid Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet computer skills.
    Shift: Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm
