Job Description:
MacKay Sposito is seeking a Director of Business Development to
join our team. As the Director of Business Development you will
build upon MacKay Sposito's strong industry reputation and

Reporting to the President/CEO, the Director will drive efforts to

words "we're just like family" in a job posting, do you run for the
hills? We get it. But rest assured, when we say "family" at MacKay

reunion, or actually look forward to meeting for happy hour.
Because we like to do all that stuff, too! (And don't even get us
started on cornhole tournaments or Chili Dog Day). Yes, we're
serious about our work - but we're serious about fun, too. If that

Mondays. We intend to fill this position with a candidate who
brings with them a critical and related set of skills, knowledge,
and experiences that we might not already have on the team. Simply
put, we are interested in finding the best candidate for the job.

encouraged to apply, even those who believe they do not meet every
single one of the qualifications. Why join the MacKay Sposito

employees believe in giving back to the communities we serve. As a
firm, we supported a host of local organizations focusing on our
community pillars of veterans and youth. In 2022, our team members
volunteered as commissioners, committee and board members, youth
coaches, and a host of other volunteer positions and initiatives.
