exciting time to join the newly formed Consumer Services and
Solutions (CSS) organization at HP. This pivotal role will support
business growth and offers the opportunity to truly impact our
business. If you enjoy building subscription businesses with direct
relationships with consumers, this role will offer you the chance
to do that at a global scale.The Product Analytics Director will be
responsible for delivering insights and analytics for the Consumer
Services and Solutions product teams. Under your leadership, the
team will provide analysis that supports service and product
design, pricing and bundle strategy, conversion optimization, and
product engagement.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall analytics strategy to support
our digital subscription products, ensuring alignment with product
teams and organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product
analysts and data scientists.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver
actionable insights that support product design, optimal pricing
and bundling, and drive product improvement and innovation.
- Establish and maintain key product metrics including
conversion, engagement, customer satisfaction, lifetime value
(LTV), and retention.
- Develop and implement analyses such as segmentation, A/B
testing, and predictive modeling, to optimize product features and
user experiences.
- Design and implement processes to ensure the accuracy and
dependability of your teams' output.
- Drive a data-driven culture across the organization, fostering
collaboration, continuous learning, and a strong commitment to data
quality and integrity.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to
stakeholders and senior leadership, translating complex analyses
into actionable strategies.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of regular reports,
dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to inform management decisions and
track performance against targets.
- Collaborate with Business Insights team to develop plans for
primary research to fill in knowledge gaps.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in analytics to ensure
our team continues to advance its capabilities.Experience
- 8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a
related field, with a focus on digital subscription products.
- Proven experience in leading analytics teams and driving
impactful results at a top-tier subscription company.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a deep
understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation, and data
modeling.
- Expertise in using data visualization and analytics tools
(e.g., Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel) and
programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to
collaborate cross organizationally and to motivate and develop
talent.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as
mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering. An
