Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Manager and provide project and change management support to the Asset Management Business, Delivery and Performance organization. This position will assist Planning and Portfolio management with improving and managing change for business process enhancements. This project / change manager will facilitate the development and operation of the cross implementation, continuous process improvements, and full adoption. The ideal candidate will possess the minimum qualifications: A degree in the disciplines outlined below is highly preferred: 5 years of experience is required with Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, Organizational Development, Computer Science, or Engineering. 7 years of experience is required with an applicable Associates degree in Business Administration or Management, Organizational Development, Computer Science, or Engineering. 10 years of experience is required without an applicable degree. Experience must include direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Note: Level 2 is typically responsible for medium-sized projects (less than 25M lifecycle cost) or portions of larger projects. MS Project skill including project management features such as: experience with the fundamental operation, function, and workflow of Microsoft Project with regard to timelines, dependencies, project expectations, milestones, and resources. Previous portfolio management experience, preferably with large capital construction projects in an asset intensive industry. Intermediate level proficiency with Visio, Access and SharePoint.
