Together, we can create a better future for healthcare.POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a self-driven and highly competent executive director to lead and influence our organization towards favorable growth, and to design and direct strategies that support and enhance our organizational operations. Duties for the executive director will include managing company assets, optimizing financial operations, providing leadership to all staff, establishing business goals, ensuring tax compliance, advising the board of directors on organizational activities, overseeing and streamlining daily operations, improving staff performance, and executing special business projects. Your exceptional stewardship and strategic planning skills as an executive director will aid our organization in promoting our mission and objectives, maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, achieving organizational goals, and maintaining sound financial practices.The ideal candidate must possess a strong entrepreneurial drive, outstanding communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and good planning and organizational skills. The exceptional executive director should streamline our organizational operations, effectively and efficiently direct operational budgets, improve revenue, direct our business strategy, and enhance relations with the media, internal stakeholders, staff, and surrounding communities.Duties/Responsibilities

  • Oversee, plan, develop, organize, implement, manage, control and direct all of the day-to-day functions and operations of the office.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, equipment procurement. and ensure the office area is a welcoming and safe environment.
  • Promotes positive employee relations, addresses concerns timely and resolves grievances as quickly as reasonably possible.
  • Keep Executive management informed by reviewing and analyzing data, summarizing information, identifying trends.
  • Be familiar with and meet deadlines associated with local, State, or Federal regulations related to business necessities.
  • Provide support for professional develop and/or conference registration and/or travel arrangements for employees.
  • Conduct office staff recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Conduct surveys and exit interviews to determine satisfaction levels and areas for improvement
  • Provide leadership and support to the team by developing new strategies and programs to improve the entire team.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clinicians, clients and team.
  • Other scope of work as defined by management.Requirements
    • 4 years of senior-level management experience
    • Bachelors degree, Masters preferred
    • 3 years of post-acute healthcare industry experience
    • Previous Executive Director experience at a skilled or long term care facility ideal
    • An understanding of healthcare people and millennial workers
    • Experience identifying gaps and improving processes and programs
    • Experience prioritizing needs and coming to the table with solutions
    • Strong report-writing skills
    • Able to model and strictly follow directions or procedures as required
