Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Project Manager and provide project management and facilitation for Transmission Lines, Substation, or Telecommunications type infrastructure type projects from inception to conclusion - within an enterprise level regional utility environment. - This individual will support capital project execution across Transmission Services and participates in the development of plans-of-service, new facility siting, and is responsible for process management of the design/build process. This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite one day weekly. -
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.41) is $54.41 - $59.41 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package. -

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Management, Organizational Development, Computer Science or other directly-related technical discipline is preferred.
Level 2:
5 years of experience is required with an applicable Bachelor's degree.
7 years of experience is required without a Bachelor's degree in the applicable field.
10 years of experience is required without a degree.
Experience should include: project coordination/ management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Bachelor's degree must include completion of at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields in order to get credit: Accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. (NOTE: Resume content must validate minimum 24 semester hours in the fields listed to qualify for this position).
Note: Level 2 is typically responsible for medium-sized projects (less than 25M cost) or portions of larger projects.
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint, Excel and Word to store, analyze and manipulate information.
Demonstrated proficiency with ArcMap and GIS.
