As a Senior Structural Steel Project Manager you will mentor and
assist the other Project Managers under the general supervision of
the General Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure
the successful direction, coordination, and execution of specific
assigned projects, aligning them with company strategies and
--- Reviewing project proposals and plans to determine timelines,
funding, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
--- Maintaining a thorough understanding of each project's scope,
schedule, budget, goals, and deliverables.
--- Directing and coordinating activities with customers, ensuring
strong communication throughout the project.
--- Proactively communicating project status, issues, and risks to
management and customers.
--- Leading project planning and implementation, managing
timelines, budgets, and performance.
--- Coordinating material purchasing to maintain established
--- Reviewing all drawings for accuracy before fabrication
--- Preparing material tickets, nesting lists, and packing lists
for submittal to the shop.
