Description Volunteers of America Oregon is seeking an operations
leader to join us on an exciting journey as we embark on a
transformation project to redefine how we deliver care to those who
receive services from our outpatient programs.
As a community-based provider of family safety, substance use
treatment and prevention, behavioral health, and reentry services,
Volunteers of America Oregon is dedicated to making a meaningful
difference in the lives of our clients and the community. Our
outpatient clinics serve 700 clients per month, and we're committed
to ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality of
care tailored to their unique needs.
We're thrilled to announce that we've recently launched a
transformation project aimed at reimagining and enhancing our
outpatient services to better serve our clients, community, and
stakeholders. To support this initiative, we are seeking a leader
with extensive ambulatory healthcare experience to join our team as
the Outpatient Director of Operations.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our
clinical leadership in a dyad model to develop and implement
administrative and operational processes that align with our
transformation goals, and partner with internal and external
stakeholders, including clients, employee work groups, and
coordinated care organizations. Your expertise will be instrumental
in integrating feedback-informed treatment, trauma-informed care,
patient-centered care teams, and robust operational functions to
effectively serve our high-risk, high-need client population.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits! Benefits
package includes medical, dental and vision insurance, life
insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, 403(b) with
automatic 5.5% contribution after 18-months regardless of employee

The Outpatient Director of Operations will have the following

Works in a clinical and administrative office setting with moderate

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, salaried
exempt position, typically operating from Monday to Friday. Evening
hours or weekend work may occasionally be required. This is not a
fully remote position. The position may have the ability to work in
a hybrid capacity.
