    • Assist in site feasibility studies.
    • Apply for and secure permits for single-family site development.
    • Support the Land Acquisition Team by evaluating property search criteria and organizing pertinent property findings.
    • Assist with additional Land Development projects as needed.
    • Collaborate with the Land Acquisition Team to review property search criteria and organize relevant property results.JOB REQUIREMENTS
      • 1-3 years of relevant experience with some college (preferably in engineering, business, land use planning, or related field).
      • Familiarity with land use planning and entitlement processes.
      • Skilled in reading and understanding engineering plans and utility layouts.
      • Experience in developing and managing project budgets.
      • Knowledgeable with Stormwater/Grading permits, CSWGP and/or 1200C Permits is beneficial, but not required.
      • Strong organizational skills with a reliable approach to meeting deadlines.
      • Ability to work well as part of a team.
      • Motivated, results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to taking initiative.
      • Competent in computer software such as Word, Adobe, Outlook, and Excel; experience with Project Management software is advantageous.Compensation details: 55000-63000 Yearly SalaryPIaf8f5bd43871-31181-34559975
