Job Description:

A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Success Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Customer Success teams
Establish reporting mechanisms to track customer success performance metrics and KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define customer journey and success methodology

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in customer success operations or related roles
Demonstrated leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams
Strong background in designing and implementing scalable customer success processes
Experience with customer segmentation, onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support
