Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, GRC (Subject Matter Expert).



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee two primary teams: customer facing GRC Subject Matter Expert team and internal facing GRC Subject Matter Expert team
Lead and grow a team of security professionals, define future strategy for offerings, and provide expert feedback to internal teams
Represent the company as a trusted security thought leader, collaborate with other leaders, and engage with customers to advise on security and compliance


Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance industry
Experience with security and privacy frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA
Experience managing large teams, interfacing with C-level contacts, and technical expertise in security and GRC concepts
Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure, Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Vulnerabilities Management, and cybersecurity audit process
Security certifications (e.g. CISA, CISSP) and/or formal education strongly preferred
