A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager, Insights & Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Guide marketing program and monetary investments to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction
Create and maintain a source of truth for measuring sourced and influenced pipeline
Proactively identify gaps in marketing funnels, assess program impact on downstream metrics, and lead business reviews

Required Qualifications:

10+ years experience in Business Operations, Analytics, or Strategy/Insights roles
Exceptional analytical experience and strong technical skills in SQL
Ability to distill complex insights into actionable steps for the business
Ability to build equity with stakeholders and influence without authority
Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
