Job Description:

A company is looking for a DevOps Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for the team, ensuring compliance with SLAs
Empower and guide the team to drive results collaboratively
Resolve team dysfunction, clarify goals, and provide coaching for personal growth

Required Qualifications:

Experience leading a technical team of DevOps support specialists
Ability to reinforce cultural values and ensure compliance with response objectives and SLAs
Comfortable with hiring, exiting team members, and working closely with management
Experience with Zendesk and its reporting features preferred
