You will be responsible for guiding our marketing efforts and ensuring financial performance aligns with our mission. This role is focused on delivering the highest quality of care and services, emphasizing operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will lead staff development initiatives to foster a professional and high-performing team, all while prioritizing resident satisfaction. A bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related field is preferred, alongside a current administrator license/certificate and CPR certification. Candidates should possess three or more years of leadership or managerial experience, ideally within an Administrator role, showcasing a track record of progressive responsibility. Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing healthcare, assisted living, and Memory Endorsed communities is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), is required for effective communication and documentation.Strong writing and communication skills will enable you to engage with staff, residents, and management effectively. Additionally, excellent multitasking and data analysis abilities are necessary, along with a collaborative spirit to thrive in a team-oriented environment. A successful background in project management will enhance operational processes, and adaptability in a dynamic work setting is key.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a similar program is preferred; a Current administrator license/certificate, and CPR certification are required
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity under an Administrator position with progressive levels of responsibility is preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of current federal and state healthcare/assisted living/residential care and Memory Endorsed communities' rules and practices.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 office technology and software (MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Office apps: Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills to work effectively with subordinates, residents, managers, and others.
  • Should have excellent multitasking and data analysis skills; Ability to work in a team-oriented environment is required.
