New competitive wages. JOB SUMMARY: Fort Vancouver Assisted Living is in need of a CNA. An enthusiastic work ethic, stellar employment attendance history, and clear communication with residents and team members will make you a perfect fit. The CNA serves as a mentor and resource to team members. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist residents with activities of daily living Maintain open communications with other shifts so that relevant resident information is shared Pass medications and complete treatments as ordered by physician and within the scope of practice. Requires ability to read and write English in order to communicate effectively with residents, families, care providers, and staff. Demonstrates self-motivation, self-direction, and dependability. Expected to work scheduled shifts, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work cooperatively with both staff and residents.
