Job Summary:
The Account Manager is the business owner for their portfolio of brands. They are responsible for executing against the brand plans, ensuring sales and net contribution meet or exceed business targets, their brands are achieving their goals, and that they collectively maximize opportunities, course correcting with urgency where risks/gaps exist. Their portfolio will mainly consist of Enterprise brands.
Success will be measured by the following:
Sustained, profitable growth for Netrush and our partners, exceeding expectations and KPI targets against: * Top line sales * New to brand/consumer acquisition * Gross Margin * CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) * Commerce Profitability
Solid, enduring brand partnerships as measured by: * Retention * NPS (Net Promoter Score) * Partner sentiment surveys/interviews

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with strategist teams to inform and execute the brand plans/strategies
  • Build and cultivate strong, enduring relationships with your brands.
  • Ensure alignment between brand and Netrush goals, expectations, and definition of success.
  • Manage projects, calendars, and cross-functional team support. Document actions & insights, especially in project management tools.
  • Coordinate forecasts and ensure in stock position, create/review purchase orders and manage DOI/age of inventories where unsupported by your BU specialist counterparts
  • Analyze and maximize profitability through merchandising and pricing.
  • Manage performance marketing and SEO actions and monitor impact were unsupported by BU specialists
  • Ensure marketplace health and optimize the brand-driven customer experience on Amazon with the support of BU specialists where applicable
  • Ensure brand partner goals are being achieved
  • Ensure Netrush financial goals are being achieved through management of your own P&L.

    Skills & Qualifications:
    • BS/MS degree in marketing, management, or a related field
    • 7 + years of experience in account management or relationship focused position
    • Experience working on the Amazon Marketplace. (Other E-Commerce is a plus.)
    • Business owner mentality, entrepreneurial, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty building a business.
    • Manage brand relationships by LEADING. Create trust and build rapport to where the brand feels confident to let you drive. You are not a "yes" man/woman/person.
    • Analytical. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets, and using this data to drive decisions. Be fact-based. "Hope" is not a strategy.
    • Excellent Communication Skills externally & internally. Excellent Listening Skills. You are often the first to detect if there is misalignment in a relationship where an adjustment is needed.
    • Resilient. You can change course, bounce back, adapt, and devise new solutions after setbacks.
    • Prioritization and Delegation. You know how to prioritize workloads efficiently and delegate tasks internally or externally when it can be justified in the P&L.
    • You are not afraid to discuss value and money both externally and internally.
    • Creativity. Your creativity in identifying growth opportunities as well as problem solving for the brand validates you and Netrush as a source of expertise in the industry.
    • Proactive and Accountable. You don't wait to act. You take responsibility for actions and outcomes.
    • Objective. You can separate personal preference and opinion from what is right for the business, and you use this as a filter for managing your work.
    • Fearless. You are willing to have tough conversations.
    • Competitive. You are driven to see the brand, yourself, and Netrush WIN!
