Job Description:
A large multidisciplinary oncology organization in the Pacific
Northwest is seeking several Outpatient Oncology Nurse Managers to
oversee multiple outpatient oncology infusion clinics. This company

play:
- Monday-Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM
- Responsible for managerial and supervisory functions of the
Community Hematology Oncology infusion nurses, triage nurses, and
nurse navigators
- Position will function primarily on day shift hours with
weekend coverage
- Will partner with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure
effective delivery of quality clinical patient care and compliance
with administrative and clinical policies and procedures
- In addition this position will perform managerial activities
including hiring, performance evaluations, employee mentoring,
project management and roll out of quality and safety initiatives,
ensure adherence to hospital and clinical standards of performance,
and human resource management The Community:

Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Required
- Masters degree completed, in progress, or obtained within 5
years of hire
- Outpatient or inpatient Oncology experience required
- Five years of RN experience, and two years of previous
supervisory experience required
- Strong communication skills, conflict management, and teamwork
(demonstrated ability to build team and integrate existing
teams)
- Experience in complex organization environments
- Ability to use and support an electronic integrated medical
record
